Our company, relying on the 30 years of experience of its collaborators and employees since 1990 and with a catalogue of over 90 lines of glass chandeliers, wall and floor lamps, and how not to mention Venetian mirrors, offers itself as a concrete reality to realise your dream object exactly as YOU want it. We will be your co-creators.
All our products are manufactured in the Venetian region, partly on the island of Murano, partly on the mainland. We use worldwide forwarders and couriers.
All non-glass products, electrical cables and small metal parts we purchase from companies in the area. always rewarding quality.
All standard products are sold with a satisfaction or refund clause within 15 days of receipt
Returns will not be accepted for products with customisation (drilling, plastering, colours and shapes made to the customer's specifications, etc.), which invalidates the right of withdrawal.
Pre- and after-sales service
By email, support is guaranteed with answers within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we guarantee a response within 36 hours.
Via WHATSAPP assistance is guaranteed with answers within 36 hours from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. Why 36 hours? We do not use chatbott (software that simulates and processes written or spoken human conversations) We provide assistance in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish and cover different time zones
